Where do we ship?
We ship within Canada, using Canada Post. For international orders please contact us at [email protected], and we can arrange something!

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders will be shipped 3-5 days of payment. Once your Hello Scrunchy is in the mail, expect to receive scrunchy’s within 3-7 days. We use Canada Post, standard letter mail, so no tracking is provided. If you would like your scrunchy’s to arrive faster, email us at [email protected] to ship Express Post. PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS CANADA POST HAS HAD SLOWER SERVICE. IT MAY TAKE 10-14 DAYS FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE. 

Do we take custom orders?
Yes! Here at Hello Scrunchy we love to hear from you! Please DM or email us to figure out specifics! Minimum items required.

How do I clean my Scrunchy’s?
Handwashing! Or pop your Hello Scrunchy into laundry bag and wash on a cold gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry.

Return Policy:
